The Evansville Radio Control Model Aircraft Club has been around for more than 35 years. Our membership numbers well over 100, with an all time record membership last season of 138 members. With such a large group of flyers, nearly every aspect of radio controlled flight is represented by our club, ranging from trainers, park flyers, combat planes, helicopters, pattern, 3D, war birds, and even scale turbine powered jets. We have a magnificent flying field that boasts a 500 foot concrete runway and a 600 foot grass runway, located just off of Interstate 164 near Evansville, Indiana. A map to our flying field can be found by clicking here.

Our club hosts several events throughout the flying season. Each spring we have an open house where we invite the public to try their hand at flying radio controlled aircraft. We have combat events, a war bird event, and fun fly events just to name a few.

Our club is always glad to see visitors and others who are interested in our sport. If you have questions, or would like more information about our club please click here. You're also welcome to stop by our field to watch, chat, or ask questions. Visitors are always welcome whenever the gate is open.
